Harry K. Seybolt served as a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey for seven years, and, for a period of time, served as presiding Civil Judge of Vicinage XIII, comprised of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. During Mr. Seybolt's tenure, he was assigned to the Law Division, as well as the Probate Part and Family Part of the Chancery Division. Mr. Seybolt directs the firm's alternate dispute resolution practice, specializing in mediation and arbitration. Mr. Seybolt utilizes his vast judicial background in the expeditious and economical resolution of various disputes.
Mr. Seybolt has also served as a Special Master, appointed by a Superior Court Judge to investigate disputed cases, make findings of fact and recommendations to the judge.
Prior to Mr. Seybolt's tenure on the bench, he served as municipal attorney for four different municipalities as well as for zoning boards of adjustment and planning boards. He was a co-founder of the land use section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served as its first chairman. Mr. Seybolt served as a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Complimentary Dispute Resolution, a position he held for seven years. Mr. Seybolt is a member of the Marie L. Garibaldi Inn of Court for Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Seybolt Served nine years as a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and seven years as a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation.
