James F. Moscagiuri, an associate with the firm, practices in the Litigation Group. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Moscagiuri is a 1998 graduate of Rowan University where he received his B.A. in Law Justice studies magna cum laude. In 2001, Mr. Moscagiuri earned his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was named on the Law School's Dean's List. After graduating from law school, Mr. Moscagiuri served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Harry K. Seybolt, P.J.S.C. and The Honorable John J. Coyle, Jr., J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Moscagiuri is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Sussex County Bar Association and Warren County Bar Association. Mr. Moscagiuri also serves on the Warren County Civil Practice Committee and is an instructor of Business Law at Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey. |
