Robert B. McBriar is an associate with the firm and represents numerous public and private clients in a variety of legal areas including Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Local Government Law, Land Use and Zoning, State and Local Tax Court, Municipal Practice, Domestic Violence, Real Estate Transactions, and Landlord and Tenant Law. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. McBriar earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School where he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Francis Alessandro, New York City Civil Court, Bronx County. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McBriar graduated from Boston College with a BS in Biology, Pre-Medical Program and a BA in English. Mr. McBriar also attended St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University where he studied philosophy and literature.
Mr. McBriar is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Sussex and Warren County Bar Associations, New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys, and frequent volunteer for Legal Services of Northwest New Jersey.
