Joel A. Kobert is the managing partner of the firm, and his diverse administrative qualities have been greatly responsible for the controlled growth and commitment to excellence of the firm. Mr. Kobert's principal areas of practice involve commercial and residential real estate development, zoning and land use planning.

Mr. Kobert served as President of the New Jersey State Bar Association and as President of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Lawyer. Mr. Kobert served in the United States Army in Vietnam obtaining the rank of Captain and receiving the Bronze Star. He has served on numerous Supreme Court committees, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Trustee of Blair Academy, a member of the Board of Norwich University, and serves on various corporate boards.
