Kevin M. Hahn devotes his practice to the areas of corporate, commercial and general litigation. Mr. Hahn has experience in both the State and Federal Courts in handling disputes involving contracts, business torts, construction matters, products liability, shareholder disputes and other related areas of law, including intellectual property and trade secret matters. In addition, Mr. Hahn is experienced in handling all aspects of arbitration before, among others, the American Arbitration Association and both private and court-ordered mediation. Specifically, Mr. Hahn has arbitrated and mediated large and complex construction matters involving major construction projects. Mr. Hahn is also experienced in handling zoning and planning litigation and other related real estate matters.
Mr. Hahn has taught as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Centenary College and is a member of the New Jersey State and Warren County Bar Associations. Mr. Hahn has served as Secretary for the District XIII Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee and was on the Board of Trustees for Warren County Legal Services and Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, Inc., a non-profit organization which provides legal services to the poor in five counties. |
