Thomas F. Craig, II concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and commercial transactions, finance and banking.
Mr. Craig has extensive experience representing financial institiutions in commercial and real estate lending, complex financial transactions and troubled asset workouts. He also handles a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including general corporate matters, sale and financing of businesses, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Mr. Craig has experience in the areas of real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing. He also has represented clients in tax and estate matters.
Mr. Craig is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Corporate and Business Law Section).
After receiving an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in 1970, Mr. Craig attended Georgetown University Law School where he graduated in 1973. After law school, he served as Law Secretary to the Honorable Eugene Lora, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. |
