Our associates are given responsibilities early on and can expect to handle complex legal matters in all of our practice areas. They work directly and closely with partners and are assigned cases based on their own career goals and the firm's needs.
The firm does not view weighty requisites to be in the best interest of the associates or the firm. It does not want to compel any attorney of the firm to bill voluminous hours.
